Some weddings are built for the world to see; others are kept close, shared only with the people who matter most. When Maxence and Elise Caqueret married, they chose the second path ... an intimate, family-only celebration, captured with the same discretion they asked of everyone in the room.
Maxence plays professional football at the highest level, currently with Como 1907 in Italy's Serie A after coming through the Olympique Lyonnais academy. That public life made the choice to keep this day private a deliberate one ... and it shaped how we filmed it: fewer wide establishing shots of the venue, more time spent close to the couple, following the day as it was actually lived rather than staged for an audience.
That is the craft of a private wedding film. There is no red carpet to lean on, no press moment to build toward ... just two families brought together, and a couple who wanted the film to feel like a memory rather than a broadcast. We are grateful Maxence and Elise trusted us with that distinction.
