Private Event Films

A significant share of what we film is never published. Private weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, brand events and full hotel buyouts, filmed for people whose names are not going on a website ... including ours.

Discretion on these productions is not a policy paragraph. It is crew size, where cameras stand, how the team dresses, what gets said about the job afterwards, and a contract that means the film belongs to you alone.

Confidential weddings where no imagery is released. Milestone birthdays and anniversaries ... we have filmed a 50th birthday celebration in Montenegro and an anniversary film for Russell and Nina Westbrook. Engagement parties, including at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas. Brand and fashion work, including Dolce & Gabbana at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. And full hotel buyouts, where an entire property becomes the venue for several days.

We have also filmed private shoots under exclusivity in St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, where the location itself was the thing being protected.

The default is that nothing is published. No social posts, no portfolio entry, no submission to magazines, no showing the film to prospective clients ... unless you sign off on it in writing, event by event. Where a client is happy for us to share, we ask; where they are not, the work simply never appears.

Practically, that also means a smaller crew than you might expect, cameras that do not announce themselves, and a team that has worked around security details and household staff before.

Do you film private events other than weddings?

Yes ... anniversaries, milestone birthdays, engagement parties, brand and fashion events, and full hotel buyouts. The craft is the same as a wedding film; the difference is usually crew size, discretion and how much of the event is filmed.

Will our event appear on your website or social media?

Only if you tell us in writing that it may. The default on private work is that nothing is published anywhere, including in private client presentations. A large part of what we film has never been shown publicly.

Can you work alongside a security team?

Yes. We have filmed for public figures and athletes and are used to working with security details, household staff and venue restrictions ... including agreed no-film zones and cameras kept out of specific rooms.

How much does a private event film cost?

Collections start at 15,000 USD. Private events vary more widely than weddings ... a single evening with a small crew and a five-day hotel buyout are very different productions ... so every private commission is quoted individually.

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Yes, routinely. Send us yours or we will provide one. Confidentiality also extends to our crew and to any freelancers brought on for your event.
