Paris & Île-de-France

Wedding Videographer in Paris

Paris · Vaux-le-Vicomte · Île-de-France Collections from 15,000 USD

Paris weddings split into two very different films. One is the city itself ... a couple crossing a bridge at six in the morning before the traffic, the light down a Haussmann staircase, a car through the Place de la Concorde at night. The other is the châteaux beyond the périphérique, where the scale changes completely.

We film both, and the most memorable Parisian weddings usually use both: a ceremony out at a château, and an hour in the city that becomes the sequence everyone remembers.

Châteaux of the Île-de-France

We have filmed a private wedding at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, the estate that inspired Versailles and one of the few places in France where the scale genuinely matches the ambition of the couples marrying there.

The Île-de-France châteaux come with real constraints ... heritage restrictions on lighting and rigging, strict end times, and grounds so large that a camera team without a plan spends the evening walking. We scout them properly.

Filming in the city

Paris rewards early starts. The couple sequences that make a Parisian film are shot between five and seven in the morning, when the streets are yours. Later in the day the city is a logistics exercise ... permits for certain locations, traffic that does not negotiate, and a police force with firm views about tripods.

We work in French, which removes most of that friction on the day.

Frequently asked

Do you film weddings in Paris and the surrounding châteaux?

Yes, both. We have filmed in the city and at Île-de-France châteaux including a private wedding at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte. Many Paris weddings combine the two, and we plan the day so the city sequence does not get squeezed out.

How much does a Paris wedding videographer cost?

Collections start at 15,000 USD. In Paris the variables are usually the number of locations and whether an early-morning city shoot is included alongside the wedding day itself.

Do you speak French?

Yes. The studio works in English and French, which matters in Paris more than most places ... venue staff, city permissions and vendors are all easier when someone on the film team speaks the language.

Can you film at Vaux-le-Vicomte or Versailles-type venues?

We have filmed a private wedding at Vaux-le-Vicomte. Heritage estates have their own rules about lighting, drones and access, which we clear with the venue in advance rather than on the day.

When is the best time for couple photos in Paris?

Early. Between roughly five and seven in the morning the landmarks are empty and the light is soft ... the same location at midday is a crowd. Most of our couples do a short sunrise session either the morning after the wedding or on the day before.

How long until we receive our film?

The first films arrive from around four weeks after the wedding. A short highlight reel cut for Instagram can be turned around within a couple of days when the schedule allows it. You get a delivery date in writing when you book, not a vague promise.
