St-Tropez weddings are rarely a single day. They are long weekends ... a welcome party on a beach at Pampelonne, a wedding above the bay, a Sunday that starts late and ends in the sea. More of our multi-day films come from this stretch of coast than anywhere else.

It is also a place with a particular energy. The celebrations we film here tend to be loud, late and genuinely fun, and a film that treats them like a formal ceremony misses the point entirely.

Le Beauvallon and Hôtel Beauvallon above the bay at Grimaud, where we have filmed several times. The villas of Ramatuelle and Gassin. The beach clubs of Pampelonne for welcome parties and recovery lunches. And the private estates in the hills behind the town.

Access is the recurring problem here: narrow roads, gated properties, and a peninsula that gridlocks in August. Our crews build in the extra hour rather than arriving after the first look.

A St-Tropez weekend often includes a fashion show, a fireworks set, a drone light display and an after-party that surrenders around dawn ... we have filmed all of those at a single wedding. Covering that needs a crew that can work sixteen-hour days and still be composed at hour fifteen, and camera bodies that hold up in near-darkness.

Our background is cinema lighting rather than event videography, which is exactly what a 2am party under one string of festoon lights demands.

Yes ... that is the majority of what we film here. Jacqueline and Gordon's wedding at Le Beauvallon ran five days. We build the crew around the full schedule and typically deliver a film per major event alongside the main wedding film.

Can you handle a party that runs until sunrise?

Yes, and we plan for it. Late coverage is agreed in advance so the crew is scheduled for it rather than being asked at 1am to stay on. Our low-light work comes out of a cinema background, so a dark dancefloor is not a problem.

Do you work with St-Tropez wedding planners?

Regularly. We have worked with planners including House of Kirschner and KBY Designs on celebrations in the area, and we are used to fitting into an established planning team rather than competing with it.

How long until we receive our film?

The first films arrive from around four weeks after the wedding. A short highlight reel cut for Instagram can be turned around within a couple of days when the schedule allows it. You get a delivery date in writing when you book, not a vague promise.
